Most people studying the CILEx courses with us are not an apprentice in their company. Over the last 3 years, some students have secured a role within local firms as Legal Services Apprentices. This involved them attending The Law Academy to complete the relevant CILEx units that formed part of the Apprenticeship. The rest of the programme is delivered and coordinated by Damar Training in the apprentice's workplace.
However, since May 2017, some employers have to consider the Apprenticeship Levy which enables them to utilise Government funding for apprenticeships. This may include the Paralegal apprenticeship leading on to the Chartered Legal Executive Apprenticeship. Each of these include CILEx qualifications that we deliver. All other elements of the Apprenticeship are delivered and coordinated by Damar Training.
Therefore, if your employer is looking to utilise either of these Apprenticeships, get in touch.
