Level 6 Professional Skills units
For candidates needing to pass the 2 professional skills units at level 6, we propose to run these courses after the June 2010 exams for approximately 5 weeks. The Client Care skills is proposed on Tuesday 3rd August, Thursday 5th August, Tuesday 10th August and Thursday 12th August in the evenings(6 - 8pm), with regular tutor online support thereafter for completion of the coursework. The dates for the Legal Research will be Wednesday 25th August, 6-9pm; Wednesday Sept 1st , 6-9pm and Thursday 9th Sept, 6 - 9pm (additional sessions may be required) Contact Sue Doyle for further information .
The cost of each level 6 professional skills course is £170 + vat.
Graduate Fast Track Course
Law graduates can benefit from a fast track course leading to ILEX membership after 1 year. Email for more information about the benefits of studying to be a lawyer this way.
ILEX Level 6 PHDL, single subject diploma's
For those not wishing to become lawyers but who would benefit from a degree level qualification in a specialised subject such as criminal law or employment law. HR managers have found emplyment law to be very beneficial to them as a stand alone subject. See our testimonal page for more info.
These may also be useful if you are considering a change in direction for your career at this time. It is also possible to study individual units at level 3 as an introduction to a new area.
