
David qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and is employed as a Principal Solicitor with Liverpool City Council. His work is extremely varied including some contractual and project work however his main area of work revolves around civil litigation particularly in the area of public law including judicial review.
He is convenor of the Solicitors in Local Government Housing Special Interest Group which meets quarterly and involves local authority and RSL housing lawyers from the North West and North Wales.
Apart from his Solicitors Finals, David pursued his academic qualifications through evening classes and understands the demands placed upon students pursuing part time study.
Dave has been teaching Level 6 Civil Litigation from September 2009, and will continue through to the 2010 academic year.
