Jim McGuiness
Jim worked in the legal department of Liverpool City Council for 15 years.
He qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1980 and proceeded to work in the private conveyancing department of EAD Solicitors, where he been employed for the last 20 years.
Jim has been teaching on ILEX courses in the Liverpool area since 1982 (including teaching a number of The Law Academy tutors over the years while they were qualifying).
He continues to teach the level 3 conveyancing module for our first and second year students.
