What do you enjoy about teaching for us?
Having gone through the CILEx pathway myself, I understand what it takes to balance work and study.
It’s incredibly rewarding to use my own experience to guide my students through the challenges and see them succeed.
What do you enjoy doing away from work?
I switch off from the legal world by teaching Zumba. Being a Zumba instructor is the perfect way for me to stay active and balance my social life. When in doubt, dance it out.
Any message for your new students in September?
Balancing your commitments with work and legal studies isn’t always easy, but this practical route into the profession is worth the effort. To get the most out of this year, I recommend establishing a weekly study routine early on, stay on top of your reading and make the most of the resources provided by the Law Academy. You are the key to your own success.
